Whistleblowing

Controlling and guiding our behaviors by ensuring transparency and providing answers to all the people who have relationships, in various capacities, with our company represents a cornerstone of our corporate culture.

In pursuit of its business objectives, Lorenzi Srl (“Lorenzi” or the “Company”), ​​in compliance with Legislative Decree 24 of 10 March 2023 and having adopted an organisation, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231, to guarantee correctness and transparency in the conduct of business and activities carried out and to protect its position and corporate image, has activated a channel for reporting violations of internal or external regulations, which may cause damage or prejudice to the company

Reports can be made:

  • by accessing the specific Whistleblowing Platform which, through IT methods and encryption tools, guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, of the people involved, as well as of the content of the report and the related documentation, allowing the Body to Lorenzi Supervisory Board, which manages the reports, to communicate with the reporting party, providing them with an acknowledgement of receipt of the report and feedback on the follow-up given to it. The report can be made, even anonymously, and can be made either in written or oral form, in which case attaching an audio file or requesting a direct meeting with the Company’s Supervisory Board.
  • by ordinary mail sent to the email address odv@lorenzinet.com of the Company’s Supervisory Board;
  • by ordinary mail addressed to:

Lorenzi Srl Supervisory Board, via Oslo, 2, 35010 – Vigonza (PD),

The report is managed in compliance with the principles of confidentiality and the identity of the reporting party is not revealed without their consent.

Any personal data present is processed in compliance with the current Privacy legislation and stored for the period of time strictly necessary for the management of the report.

The Company protects the whistleblower from threats, retaliation and/or discrimination, as a consequence of the report made.

Please note that this channel is not available for commercial complaints, which must instead be channeled through the customer service tools provided for this purpose, nor for disputes and requests of a personal nature or relating to individual work relationships.
