It is obvious that by the nature of LORENZI and its very survival, customer satisfaction should come first, as well as a selection of customers that allow the company to expand rapidly.
For the purpose to be fulfilled, however, it is necessary to work in an environment where the respect of those who are most committed to this end is first and foremost important.

Customer satisfaction and giving the customer an excellent service to ensure that they choose us instead of our competitors is the goal that the whole team must set itself every day.
When dealing with a new or otherwise unknown customer, when in doubt, we behave with the utmost respect towards our visitor. With a view to respecting people, LORENZI is concretely applying the SA8000 Social Responsibility standard with which it undertakes:
• to comply with all the requirements of this standard
• to check that this Policy is communicated and understood by everyone in the company and to the identified interested parties
• compliance with all national and international laws regarding fundamental human rights, the treatment of personnel in the workplace, and applicable regulations in general
• the non-use of child labor even for short periods of time
• not to resort to forced labor
• to guarantee its employees a workplace that is as safe and healthy as possible
