eFoam® Aero BIO is a polyurethane foam with excellent elasticity mechanical performances, designed to be bonded to fine leathers and to synthetic materials, giving a unique volume.
Resilience is the essential prerogative to always guarantee a perfect shape return from crushing and is ideally suited for the creation of cambers obtained through embroidery.
In leather goods, thanks to eFoam® Aero BIO, the leathers acquire a particular softness with a sagging but always perfectly round hand-feel.
eFoam® Aero BIO is an expanded material and thanks to this, it has a very low specific weight and gives a sense of lightness to the finished product.
Furthermore, through expansion, it acquires a special open cell structure which makes it highly breathable.
eFoam® Aero BIO is a further step forward in the ecological evolution of eFoam® Aero H2O.
Besides being produced with a 100% water-based process in the total absence of solvents, it contains up to 20% powder deriving from tea leaf waste.
eFoam® Aero BIO is a product with unique properties:
by nature it has a fragrance which comes from tea leaves and is an anti-odor product.
For this characteristic it is the perfect padding material to be used in footwear, for the production of insoles or as a filler for lining materials.

eFoam® Aero BIO is a polyurethane foam with very high mechanical elasticity properties, designed to give volume and support to fine leather. Resilience is the essential prerogative to always guarantee a perfect return to the cambers. Despite being an expanded material and consequently with a very low specific weight, which translates into lightness, it has a particular consistency that can be assimilated to that of a gel. Thanks to eFoam® Aero BIO the leathers acquire a particular softness with a sagging but always perfectly rounded feel. The special microstructure of eFoam® Aero Bio makes it highly breathable, a property that allows maximum oxygenation of the skin to which it is coupled, preserving every characteristic over time.
