3DMX technology
3DMX® is a particular polyurethane finish with which it is possible to replicate any type of surface with extreme fidelity starting from existing drawings or 3D graphics.
3DMX® exceeds the comparison in abrasion resistance with traditional PU coatings and responds brilliantly to the tests required by the most stringent regulations.
In any climatic condition it wins in terms of lightness and flexibility when compared to any other synthetic material, especially PVC.
HIMELT 3DMX
Thanks to the infinite possibility of customization, it is possible to apply directly to the upper as well as to the garments of any type of polyurethane finish.
HiMelt® 3DMX® is 100% polyurethane with the sole addition of a thermoadhesive film, in a total thickness ranging from 0.4mm to 0.7mm depending on the finish.
HiMelt® is available in PU, PES and EVA versions and in different weights depending on the type of gluing you want.
With 3DMX® technology, in fact, even in very limited editions, it is possible to replicate any type of glossy or matte texture with extreme fidelity, starting from existing designs in other products or from 3D images.
3DMX® BIO is the new compound that contains 60% biopolymers, i.e. polymers synthesized from living organisms obtained from natural sources including wheat and rye.
